Job Description:
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction across Fortek’s IT Infrastructure, IT Distribution Services, Data Center Solutions, and related services. This role requires strong client management, consultative selling skills, and a strategic mindset to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Required experience:

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Business Development & Sales Growth
· Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
· Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets.
· resent proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
3. Account & Project Coordination
· Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure timely solution delivery.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client concerns.
· Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Reporting & Forecasting
· Maintain updated records of client interactions in CRM.
· Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
· Track competitor activities and market trends.
5. Value-Added Selling & Cross-Selling
· Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Fortek’s solutions and services.
· Deliver consultative sales pitches to position Fortek as a trusted partner.
6. Market Intelligence & Strategy Contribution
· Provide insights on client feedback, industry trends, and competitor offerings to support strategy development.
· Contribute to marketing campaigns and sales initiatives for new product/service launches.
Reporting Responsibilities

Daily Tasks
• Update client interactions and sales progress in CRM.
• Follow up with clients on ongoing proposals and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client queries and solution design.
Weekly Tasks
• Conduct client meetings (virtual/physical) for relationship strengthening.
• Prepare and share weekly sales pipeline updates with management.
• Participate in weekly sales review meetings
Monthly Tasks
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Submit detailed monthly performance and forecast reports.
• Identify new market opportunities and propose account development strategies.
